Is Lewandowski about to reunite with Kagawa

Sir Alex Ferguson has added to the speculation that Manchester United are ready to move for Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski by claiming he ‘can find room (in his team) for anybody’.

The Polish striker is the toast of the town after a brilliant performance against Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid, scoring 4 goals in their Champions League semi final 1st leg tie.

It is believed that Lewandowski has already agreed a move to a club, thought to be Bayern Munich and with Manchester United already in possession of 4 strikers a move to Old Trafford was deemed unlikely but Sir Alex has reignited the rumours, speaking on the striker and a potential move for him:

“Dortmund fans are not going to be happy and I don’t think they will sell him to Bayern Munich.

“I think they’ll let his contract run out, or sell him somewhere else. Have I got room for him? I can find room for anybody.”

The Independent claim that a number of lucrative commercial deals will be used to fund United’s move for the Dortmund man, and with Bayern Munich denying claims that they have agreed a deal for him to join Goetze at the Allianz Arena this summer, Sir Alex may very well get his man.
