United are ready to bid £35m for Fabregas

Well this is getting tedious!

According to Marca, Manchester United are ready to make a ‘formal’ bid for Barcelona’s Cesc Fabregas, despite reports yesterday that Cesc sees his future long and short term at the Nou Camp.

The report has left Marca as stumped as us as to what exactly United are playing at with all these bids. Marca’s guess is that United will carry on until Cesc comes out and says that he no intention of leaving Barca himself (and takes out a restraining order against the club and the ‘representatives’ who are pursuing him so aggressively).

Maybe Woodward gets some sick pleasure out of being rejected or perhaps it’s a big smokescreen and we are actually secretly tying up a move for Ronaldo and he will undergo secret training at Carrington and suddenly appear on the team sheet for the game against Swansea like Scholes did in that FA Cup game against City!

A fella can only dream I guess! So if this isn’t the case then lets all hope that with all our previous ‘informal’ bids falling flat on their face, lets hope our formal bid is enough to woo the player who apparently has no intention of leaving his home club.

Cesc is class midfielder… he is world class… if we get him less likely to require rooney… want the best players… better to go for quality then sub players… united have young team coming up and will need experienced players to help… hence coaching roles giggs… phil and possibly scoles… I suspect fedie will help with defenders.. give him time. ..

Forget it moyes now he will not come why wasting huge money on him. Instead think like sir alex we have the opportunity now to buy bale because he want to leave tottenham. Make a huge bid to get him and till manage the central midfield with player like powell, cleversly, anderson, kagawa, carrick, lingard and gave chance to young player who willing to play for first team. Just be smart and realistic moyes.
