As a defender, you would associate Michael Keane with stopping goals rather than scoring them but that didn’t stop him firing in this peach of an effort during training whilst on England u21 duty.
The much sought after defender, is believed to be a target for new Derby manager Steve McClaren, who is hoping to use his ties to Old Trafford to secure the youngster on loan for the season.
Last week Derby’s chief exec Sam Rush talked up his club’s chances of signing the youngster, saying:
“I think Michael Keane has more opportunity of coming to this club with Steve McClaren as head coach because of his relationship with Manchester United.”
And they will be all the more keen after seeing this!
Perhaps he’s been taking lessons from his brother, highly rated striker Will Keane
