Fellaini vs Norwich

This morning we reported on United’s failed £28m bid to sign Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines, a move that is said to have angered Everton who considered the double bid offensively off the mark.

Here is a photo of the letter that Everton’s Deputy Chairman John Woods is said to have sent to Ed Woodward in response to the bid, clearly outlining the Merseyside club’s stance:

It’s authenticity is yet to be confirmed but if real, Everton do not expect United to return with further bids for the player.

we have need creative midfielder like Andres inseta and Luka Modrich, both player is the right substitution of Poul schols unless we missed schols and keen. Evera is world class player on his place and position ,don’t need Baines .

    • Andy says:

    Thank god for that.
Hopefully that will be the end of it now.
Delighted we won’t be paying over the odds for these two average joe’s.

    • Archie says:

That’s what happens when you’ve got a average joe manager.

    • Jd says:

“Average Joe” Fellaini has absolutely dominated Man United 2 of the last 3 times he’s played against them. “Average Joe” Baines created more chances than any other player in Europe last season… From Left Back. You must be new to the game I presume? Because you clearly have a limited knowledge on the subect with statements like that.

  8. EDWIN KUTOSI says:

  9. Jimmy says:

I was surprised that Moyes seemed to have lost his class and dignity so quickly after moving to Manchester Utd.

However, since reading the comments on this thread, I realise that your team is supported by a phenomenal number of illiterate dimwits.

I am no longer surprised that Moyes has decided to present himself as a classless twit in order to fit in with his new fan base.

  10. Steven says:

Fellani isn’t a Manchester United type player, nor is he probably good enough. But he is worth at least 25 million for the ammount of goals and strength he adds to Everton.

So far Moyes & Woodward are not providing any dignity to you. I never remember Utd failing in 3 bids throughout the window and also dragging a transfer (Wayne Rooney) throughout the summer. Would this have happened under Ferguson? I doubt it.
