David Moyes claims Manchester United have no need to go out and replace Fiorentina bound Anderson, because the return of Darren Fletcher has reinvigorated the midfield.

Anderson underwent a medical with the Italian club today ahead of a loan move to the Florence club but his departure will leave United a man light in an already under strength midfield.

Many had hoped that Moyes would bring in fresh faces to shake up United’s charge for the top 4, but the Scot believes Fletcher is as good as a new signing after overcoming a bowel complaint that has seen him miss large parts of the last 2 seasons.

Speaking at his Friday presser, when asked about Anderson Moyes responded:

“We brought Darren Fletcher back and to be truthful we didn’t think Darren Fletcher was going to come back. If he did we weren’t sure when it was going to be. He’s been a breath of fresh air how well he has played. He already knows the building, he knows everything about this football club. So I think getting Darren Fletcher back gave us one other player and he’s done very well in the games already.”

Fletcher’s return has been a huge positive for United this season, as he looks to get back to the form that made him as formidable an opponent in the Premier League as any midfielder.

But some fans will be disappointed by Moyes’ comments, despite being happy to have Fletcher back.

The fact the team are relying on a 29 year old who has spent the best part 2 years on the sidelines speaks volumes, even if it is difficult to do business in the January transfer window.

All stories and no any signing that’s what you get from David moyes and woodward, fans and everybody out there are not happy, moyes and the glazers must know it very well that unless they sign world class players the club is headed for its downfall.

In order for Moyes to get the dust settled he needs to buy world class players,if not we are heading to our downfall. If we fail to be found among the top four, it will be very had for Moyes to convince a top player who all aims to play in the champions league.

David Moyes is as confused as the legend that brought him. if I should be logical in my assertions, I think there is a bargain to taste relegation once again cos united is a club known for history so going down to relegation is another fantastic history. if I am wrong then ask y sir Alex failed to build the club to contend with other mid fields before bowing out? again why did he choose to bring an under achieving manager as his successor in a club like man u? why is our poor run this season a pain only to the fans alone and not to the owners and the club management? why has Moyes decided to flirt around player and not really bringing any. if your roof is seriously leaking will you leave the rains to soak you in the rainy season with the excuse that their are no better zincs to buy? that is the case with Moyes and man u. wake up fans! this secrete agenda for this glorious club must be thwarted hence we end up loosing fans as we’ve lost one already after an oldtrafford defeat to Newcastle.

sometimes wen i read through most of our united so called fans i feel ashame. why the sign player thing we have a good squad remember, they won the league last season and now have 3 additions in midfield in shape of januzaj, fletcher, fellaini who i know wil come back strong. if moyes and united signs this janury fine but if they dontt he should work with what he has. what moyes should work on is the Tactical aspect of the game and his so called back room staffs has alott to do in this situation utd is in. the back roomstaffs helped alex ferg alottt. my vexation is why should moyes sack ferguson staffs so quickly? they know everything about the club and players abilities.

The problem with our current squad is that they lack creativity in CM thats why we are urging Moyes to sign somebody not because of Anderson leaving otherwise what I can forsee is that we wont even be able to finish top 4 with Moyes. The bottom line is Moyes is not the right man for Man U job. Man U is a big club, no need for wasting so much time in trying somebody does not possess the right qualities for job. The biggest problem with Man U is that we just follow everything what Fergie says as a bible. Fergie made a mistake in choosing Moyes and we dont seem to understand, I dont why? And until when? Moyes needs to be fired. Teams are just coming to OT to break the records
